Tabata: 4 Minutes That Change Your LIfe
Tabata workouts are taken from a Japanese fitness expert's discovery that spiking heart rates mixed with short cool downs increase the body's ability to burn fat. (Nine times as fast as a normal workout!) 20 seconds of intensity, followed by a 10 second rest, done 8 times (or four minutes). Sounds easy!? Think again. Bobbe does a great job of mixing Tabata intensities to work your whole body in four minutes (but then she'll make you do it again!). Attend a class and see what we mean!
Personal Training: It's All About You
One on one personal training programs are a sure way to stay on task, learn to do the exercises and routines with precision (which means maximum effectiveness), and become fit....fast. Many of Bobbe's clients like to start with Personal Training and then roll into Boot Camps and Tabata Programs and other class work. Why? Because the one-on-one attention helps to fine tune HOW the exercises are done. This prevents injury and increases the effectiveness of every move. Bobbe will work with your schedule to determine length of workouts and frequency. It's very personal, after all!
Semi-Private Sessions: Friends Who "Fit" Together
It's like a book club without the book! Small groups can work wonders for people who like the motivation of others, but are more comfortable with people they KNOW...like friends and family members.
